Experienced Data Professional Kevin Blood Named Manager, Forensics
PR9.NET January 16, 2008 - Houston, TX – Kiersted / Systems, a seasoned leader in electronic discovery and legal technology consulting, today announced that it is launching new Forensic Data Collection and Analysis Services, and has appointed Kevin Blood to manage the new offering. An expert in the collection, analysis and production of data in a forensically sound, court-accepted manner, Blood will be Kiersted / Systems' first Manager of Forensics.
Kiersted / Systems' new Forensics Services help ensure that its clients collect their data in a defensible manner as well as mitigate the risk of court sanctions due to errors in the collection process. The new service provides forensically-sound computer and PDA imaging and analysis, as well as assistance with forensically sound collection of email, file server, fax server, accounting and voicemail data. With more than 10 years of experience in a blue chip forensic technology solutions practice, Blood will work with corporate IT Managers and legal departments to ensure forensic best practices are followed.

Blood joins Kiersted / Systems after serving as a Manager of the Forensic Technology Solutions practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. In that capacity, he supported some of the world's largest corporate and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations. Blood has also worked extensively in Europe, Latin America and Africa, assisting companies in collecting data to be analyzed by counsel and produced to the SEC, DOJ and EU.
