A XIII° century Monastery and three country guest houses available for accommodation in Montelparo. With a long running experience in Italy and UK, the chef will take the guests into the world and culture of Le Marche traditional cooking. This is one of those parts of the world where the expression 'organic food' is not used, it comes as a standard. Here local food and wine tasting happen on a daily basis. Adalgisa doesn't simply offer cookery courses, it's an experience that gives the opportunity to find out about an area that's facing growing success amongst English holiday makers and home buyers: Le Marche is a place where food is good and quality of life is high, the climate is temperate, landscapes span from the sea to hills and Mountains with skiing facilities. Traditions are still big part of everyone's everyday life, including warm Mediterranean hospitality. The strong sense of history of this place has preserved mediaeval art and ancient culture over the centuries and today it can be found on every hill, all over the territory. The full package includes cookery course, excursions, a day out, transportations from and to the airport, accommodation and great meals; All this in the most peaceful place with a friendly community and surrounded by nature and great outdoors. The period of the year has been chosen according to best climate conditions and nature's colours, away from busy July and August. May and June see flowers blooming and many nights are lit up by fireflies. September and October show the widest range or yellows and reds on woods all around.
