One of the most reputable Press Secretaries in California and two-time political employee of Governer Schwarzenegger has joined the Steve Francis' mayoral campaign in San Diego.

PR9.NET March 03, 2008 - San Diego, CA - Jennifer Kerns, one of the most reputable Press Secretaries in California, has joined the campaign of Steve Francis for Mayor.

Kerns, a two-time political appointee of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, has most recently served as Senior Press Secretary for California Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner, and as Assistant Secretary of State and spokesperson for former California Secretary of State Bruce McPherson.
