DRE Veterinary Unveils Multi-Parameter, Portable Patient Monitor
The compact DRE Axis 4 provides veterinary professionals with a low-cost option for monitoring multiple vitals signs. The Axis 4 is lightweight, compact and economically priced. The DRE Axis 4 veterinary monitor offers fast and reliable ECG, SpO2, noninvasive blood pressure (NIBP), and temperature of small, medium and large animals. The Axis 4 displays parameters with waveforms and trend information on its bright, high-visibility monographic LCD screen. It also displays heart rate and pulse rate. With dimensions of 10" in width, 3.5" in height and 3" in diameter, and at less than three pounds, the Axis 4 saves space and is highly portable. Veterinarians can easily transport the Axis 4 using its easy-to-grip handle or by mounting it to an IV pole. The Axis 4's portability is bolstered by its long-life battery, which can hold a charge for up to three hours when measuring all parameters and up to five hours when measuring ECG alone.
