Barry Bragg, president and CEO of Physique Transformation, will present a class on estrogen-related cancers and ways you can protect yourself from their harmful effects. The class will be at 7 p.m. on September 20 at Mystic Gardens Natural Foods in Raleigh.

The class will be held on Thursday, September 20 at 7 p.m. at Mystic Gardens Natural Foods on Falls River Avenue in Raleigh. Cost to attend the class is $10.

Bragg will discuss places that high levels of estrogenic chemicals can be found, such as commercially raised poultry and cattle, pesticides and common household goods; how many cancers are hormonal related; and preventative measures that can be taken to protect from the effects of theses chemicals.
