California Court treats Paris Hilton's father better then her.
Paris Hilton's bad luck with the California court system did not transfer over to the rest of the family, as her father Rick Hilton (Hilton/Hyland Real Estate) recently won a record case.
PR9.NET June 20, 2006 - Los Angeles, CA - The Hilton case involved a real estate commission dispute on an $11.55 million dollar beach house in the ultra exclusive Malibu Colony, against sue-happy Susan Loggans. (Ms. Loggans is the same lady who sued Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.) There has never been a case like this, so full of greed. Its a record for a deserved commision, that went unpaid.
Maybe the real reason the curse did not continue in the court for the Hilton's, was that Rick's agent Chad Rogers was the one Susan wrongly decided to take advantage of.
When Rick originally hired Chad, he was a mere 24 years old, taking a chance on the young and innocent Mr. Rogers with boyish good looks. It must have been Chads charm or maybe his astonishing success that interested Mr. Hilton in hiring him, because Chad was already an established and successful real estate agent, specialising in the Billionaire Beach known as the Malibu Colony.
Chad Rogers felt safer with Mr. Hilton looking out for him, and Mr. Hilton feels its well worth it, when one of his best agents, keeps selling these expensive beach homes.
