Emanio, Inc. provides new ways for owners of its EDI software to interact with Emanio.
PR9.NET January 30, 2007 - Berkeley, California -- Emanio, Inc. - a leading provider of Data Integration (DI) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) applications announced today the availability of its on-line customer support portal. Emanio customers can for the first time access Emanio's support department by using web-based access.
"Giving our customers the ability to interact with us via the web has always been important to us," said Emanio CEO, KG Charles-Harris. "Our customers have always been able to use e-mail to generate support incidents with us; now however they have the option of signing up for a dedicated support portal that will allow them to log and manage all their support cases," continued Mr. Charles-Harris.
Emanio's support portal allows customers to create cases, manage case status and exchange data with Emanio's support team using a web-based system. Emanio Customers will be given access to the customers support portal on an as requested basis or as part of Emanio's recently announced support program.
