PR9.NET March 12, 2008 - Hong Kong – MobileTech Limited, announces cooperation with Precise Biometrics in Asia Pacific.

Precise Biometrics AB (publ), a Swedish company that develops and sells world-leading and user-friendly biometric security solutions based on fingerprints and smart cards, has initiated cooperation with MobileTech Limited, a leading supplier in Hong Kong of fully-comprehensive infrastructure solutions to facilitate e-commerce, bank transactions and payment transactions via Internet and mobile phones. MobileTech's customers are mainly in the banking, government and commercial sectors.

The rapid developments on the Asian market concerning the use of mobile phones and other wireless technology for payment transactions have led to an increasing focus on security issues. One example is the so-called single sign-on functions, where users only need to logon once to access the systems adapted to a specific service. It has become increasingly important to further develop these types of functions with different biometric solutions, and to increase security levels and enhance user-friendliness.

MobileTech Limited was established in 2002 and has rapidly achieved success on the market. As an system integrator the company assumes responsibility for system design, the development of applications, installations and the delivery of technology. Sam Lam, CEO at MobileTech, sees the partner agreement with Precise Biometrics as an important step in the diversification of the company's total offering.
