STR3EM Releases UltraViolet-ready DAGNUS™ DRM Interoperability Server for Amazon Web Services EC2
STR3EM releases DAGNUS authentication servers to provide universal access monitoring of consumer digital products and services. PR9.NET April 06, 2011 - New York City, NY - STR3EM announces a new addition to their line of patented universal-access digital products with the release of the DAGNUS™ KodeKey authentication server to provide DRM interoperability for developers making universal access based systems. DAGNUS is a KodeKey™ Rights Locker connected authentication server for digital content owners conducting unit-based B2C and B2B business models with consumers and digital service providers. DAGNUS is based on a 64-bit Windows Server 2008 Amazon Web Services EC2 virtual computer image and works with developers' products and services as a URI-variable-based authentication plugin. DAGNUS can pass Client ID, KodeKey, and User ID variables to service providers licensed by content owners with each successful authentication response. DAGNUS works exclusively with the KodeKey digital token, which never expires and is connected to the digital products and services delivered to consumers. The KodeKey Rights Locker synchronizes users' rights between the vendor-distributed applications and DAGNUS authentication in order to deliver universal access to products through an expansive system comprising content-delivery networks and Internet streaming services. DAGNUS can be used as a standalone solution or integrated with other rights locker registry services through two operational modes: Widget Mode – web box component with a customizable KodeKey entry field and built-in Facebook Login. Good for website popups and embedded DRM authentication windows. Server Mode – server-side console that offers lightning fast KodeKey registration and authentication connected to a developer's custom GUI. Server Mode (only) can register KodeKeys with custom user ID systems from MSN, Google, Amazon, PayPal, and DECE UltraViolet. DAGNUS is designed to operate as a front-end multiplatform access monitor for: Desktop applications Video games DVD and Blu-ray digital copies DRM technologies: WMDRM, Silverlight PlayReady, Adobe Flash Access 2.0 and others.
