PrepChamps selects Hosted Solutions for Managed Hosting Services
Hosted Solutions announces that PrepChamps is launching its social networking site in their world class Raleigh Data Center facility. The Apex, NC-based corporation determined the need for securing a partner who could provide scalable bandwidth for high-volume video downloads, and 100% network uptime on fully managed enterprise infrastructure to support their web-based platform. The solution utilizes Hosted Solutions secure network to provide reliability, security, and availability to PrepChamp's technology hardware and applications. With the aggregation of networks operating within Hosted Solutions' Raleigh data center, the facility will allow PrepChamps to cost-effectively execute strategic connectivity and data exchange, or "peering," agreements with key partners within a highly secure and reliable environment. Through these direct connections within the same facility, PrepChamps will also be able to eliminate the cost, as well as the performance degradation associated with linking to multiple partners over significant geographic distances, resulting in enhanced end-user performance. PrepChamps Incorporated is receiving Hi-Touch dedicated servers, managed firewall, managed backups, and network connectivity, which are monitored and maintained by Hosted Solutions at its Raleigh Data Center facility.
