Kaseya Managed Services Software 4.8 Enhances Disaster Recovery Options and Expands Support for Microsoft Vista

Kaseya has expanded support for Microsoft Vista by updating the built-in remote desktop control feature to include the Enterprise VNC remote control package. This important shift in technology offers Managed Services Providers with improved performance along with full support of the Microsoft Vista operating system. The addition of Enterprise VNC also lays the foundation for the future extension of the capability to systems running operating systems beyond Microsoft Windows.

Kaseya has broadened the support of its backup and disaster recovery module with the inclusion of the Universal Restore capability. The addition of this technology provides administrators with fast and flexible recovery capabilities. This functionality includes bare-metal recovery to dissimilar hardware or to a virtual machine.
