"The engine now provides full support for Alt-A and subprime products. As conventional loan production has slowed, we have continued to see an increase in loan production by our customers providing Alt-A loans."

The Avista Advantage 2.0 Product & Pricing Engine includes a pricing scenario tool which allows originators to evaluate borrower loan eligibility and receive a list of qualified products with fully adjusted pricing with as few as 15 fields of data. Originators may run an unlimited number of price scenarios. Online locking with fully adjusted pricing and immediate confirmation is also provided. Online relock and lock extensions are also available based on lender defined rules.

A lender managed eligibility and price adjustment interface allows lenders to rapidly manage product changes and implement new products. Products may be assigned by channel and multiple price arrays allow different pricing across and within channels. Rates may be updated as often as needed via an easy to use Excel import file. Rates may be uploaded via .pdf by channel to provide a printable rate sheet.

The Avista Advantage 2.0 Product & Pricing Engine provides full support for conventional, government, jumbo, Alt-A and subprime products. It can be operated as a stand alone product and pricing engine or seamlessly with Avista Accelerator Wholesale, Correspondent or Retail web based mortgage origination platforms.
