Brains II can leverage CBL's active RAID recovery practice. CBL's five step approach to RAID recovery minimizes downtime and business disruption when RAID Array failures occur. Brains II and customer IT staff can work in tandem to enable the restoration of critical business functions in anticipation of receipt of the recovered data. While the RAID Array is rebuilt, CBL personnel work to recover the data from the multi-drive sets removed from the customer's RAID and sent to CBL's data recovery laboratory.

Brains II customers who use older PCs, laptops and servers can take comfort in knowing CBL's expertise is not limited to current brands such as Acer, Apple, Dell, Compaq, HP, Lenovo, Sun and Toshiba. CBL engineers recover data from systems running Microsoft Windows Vista, XP or older; Unix, including Solaris, HP-UX and AIX; Linux, including Mandriva, Red Hat and Ubuntu; and, the Mac OS.
