Computykes leverages custom developed Imagine Tomorrow Computer Classes for Kids software and curriculum to deliver its innovate CompuTots program
PR9.NET September 13, 2005 - Shrewsbury NJ September 2005--Computykes Computer Center in Shrewsbury, NJ announced this week the launch of age specific computer classes.
Computykes, which offers Imagine Tomorrow Computer Classes for Kids as well as computer classes designed for older children, ages 8-12 has developed age specific tracks for the delivery of their curriculum. Computykes utilizes Imagine Tomorrow's innovative program to power its CompuTots track, which is geared towards children up to age 5 and its CompuKids track, which is geared for ages 5-8. For children over the age of 8, Computykes offers its CompuDevelopers track, which relies on other software and curriculum to deliver innovative offerings such as introductory web and graphic design for children.
"Computykes offers age specific classes as a way to differentiate between the needs of preschool/kindergarten and elementary school children," said Niccole Lucich, Director of Education at Computykes. "While we utilize Imagine Tomorrow's program for both our CompuTots and CompuKids programs, we focus on different learning objectives, which is enabled by the software's unique ability to scaffold to an individual child's academic and technical skill level" said Lucich.
