Mr. Henry-Amin's experience in Operation & Technology advances the company's competitive position. He will continue to serve as a Member of PatentCafe's Board of Directors.

PatentCafe's intellectual property management software solutions are used for patent research, infringement analysis, product R&D investment strategy, licensing revenue development, patent-based business intelligence, portfolio / technology M&A.

As COO, Nader Henry-Amin will be responsible for PatentCafe's daily operations, including the Company's overall technology infrastructure, project development, technical project and personnel management.

Mr. Henry-Amin's professional experience includes key corporate development positions for PeoplePC Inc., Gap Inc., PepsiCo, and Bristol-Myers Corporation, the background called on to manage PatentCafe's overall operations, P&L, strategic planning and corporate development.

Mr. Henry-Amin earned his Master of Science degree from University of Evansville and his Bachelor of Science degree from Ein Shams University.

He is a certified Information Systems Auditor and certified Bank Auditor.
