In order to beat the competition, one should not exclusively rely on winning strategy, individual talents or technical superiority. Effective coherence of these components is only made possible through excellent team performance. Intellias top-management has tried to pass the imposed limitations of the ordinary trainings, introducing series of bottom-up communication.

PR9.NET September 06, 2006 - Lviv, Ukraine - "Let your mind be heard" principle works. It has been successfully testified in the recent corporate trainings held by Intellias HR department in the middle of August.

"What makes a perfect Team?" – opened a series of Intellias summer trainings, outlining critical factors of its strength: responsibility, mutual assistance and coherence. Special discussion has been devoted to shaping and implementing corporate strategies. The topic generated extensive discussions in the light of increased company dynamics. Naturally, the strategy should not only be the pathway composed of individual tasks, but also global vision and final goal of the corporate endeavors. In the round-table presentation, Roman Myronchuk, one of the company's developers, has pointed attention to the significance of the constant interaction between top management and employees as well as communication of corporate strategy to the every team member.

Another training session had to deal with common obstacles on the way to efficient communication within Project Teams. One of the most noteworthy presentations has emphasized the necessity of the discussions not limited to unveiling problems, but analyzing the challenges of the project development, reporting on the advancements and establishing reasonable deadlines. Furthermore, special attention has been devoted to the do's and don'ts of interpersonal interaction and secrets of effective motivation.

Besides training activities, Intellias HR department is implementing brand new programs on employee loyalty and motivation. Additionally, Intellias has recently introduced improved and extended social package, featuring extensive corporate benefits. For instance, one of the upcoming corporate packages foresees substantial savings on the individual and group holiday trips, both in Ukraine and abroad as well as corporate season tickets to the various sport & fitness clubs.
