The European market demonstrates high demand for Parasoft Automated Error Prevention Solutions

PR9.NET January 27, 2006 - MONROVIA, CA – Parasoft Corporation, the leading provider of automated error prevention solutions, announced today the opening of business operations in the Netherlands to support the growing European market demand for improved software reliability, security and performance.

"Parasoft's expansion into the Netherlands provides our growing client base with the local expertise and service to best support their adoption of our solutions and achieve their software quality goals."

Parasoft Netherlands will provide sales, training and implementation support of Parasoft Automated Error Prevention software solutions to the Dutch marketplace. As a leading provider of software solutions that provide companies with the means to prevent software errors and security vulnerabilities in their Web, Web services (SOAs), and C/C++, Java, .NET applications, Parasoft local operations in the Netherlands will focus on helping customers to best leverage Parasoft's technologies and best practices in their software development efforts to improve their development processes and ensure the quality and predictability of their software projects.

Heading up the Netherlands office are Dirk Giesen and Jaap Mulder both technology veterans. Mr. Giesen brings over 15 years of experience in the sale of software development lifecycle tools and services to the Netherlands marketplace. He most recently held the position of Sales Manager for Telelogic Netherlands where he also

served as Global Account Manager overseeing Philips Electronics. Prior to that Mr. Giesen was VP of Sales at QA Systems, a distributor of software development lifecycle products and services. Mr. Mulder joins Parasoft after 15 years in the software development industry developing and supporting clients as a consultant. Mulder also worked with QA Systems for 8 years as technical director of services. He and his staff worked with clients to improve their software development processes and successfully implement automated software development lifecycle tools.
