With the Enhanced Reporting functionality, AutoFax users will get a detailed reporting of all outgoing and incoming faxes. The Reporting is in various modes such as HTML by default, Excel format, CSV format, PDF format and Graphical Format as per the choice of the User.

PR9.NET September 14, 2004 - Edison, NJ - Sirvisetti AutoFax now has an enhanced Reporting functionality within the AutoFax central. Sirvisetti AutoFax with provides Rapid and easy integrations with major ERP, CRM, SCM, HRMS and Legacy applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite 11i . Integrations allow application users to send business documents (purchase order, Invoice, Customer Statements, Dunning Letters, Packing Slips, Sales Order Acknowledgements, etc.) by fax or Email with minimal setup and configuration. Enterprises can host it internally or sign up for the service hosted by an ASP or Sirvisetti.

With the Enhanced Reporting functionality, AutoFax users will get a detailed reporting of all outgoing and incoming faxes. The Reporting is in various modes such as HTML by default, Excel format, CSV format, PDF format and Graphical Format as per the choice of the User. The Graphical format contains the Pie chart, Stack Bar Chart and Line Chart (Time Series Chart) of all the Successful and Failed Faxes.

AutoFax user can have the complete Usage Report and the Statistics report. With these new features, the enterprise users now can have group or user wise reports. These enhancements will allow enterprises to separate AutoFax usage by group, department, division, etc.

"Sirvisetti AutoFax Reporting functionality takes month and year as input and displays the information about all the faxes which are sent successfully or failed during that period. Basing on month and year, this report displays all the details about faxes that have been sent or failed. These details include Job ID, Destination, Date on which the fax has been sent, Number of pages and the time taken to send those faxes. For the failed faxes, the details include destination number and reasons for failure. Difference between Usage report and statistics report is that the statistics report displays both Successful faxes and failed faxes whereas, the Usage report displays only the successful faxes."

AutoFax Reporting functionality is a very useful feature because the users no longer need to worry about lost or unsuccessful faxes. With the AutoFax Reporting Functionality, users can easily make out the failed faxes and the reasons for the failure.
