David Paulson, managing partner of the Helms Mulliss & Wicker Raleigh office, has been recognized by Business Leader magazine as a 2007 Mover & Shaker, an individual who has made a significant impact through community involvement by participating in volunteer activities while maintaining professional credibility and success. PR9.NET September 18, 2007 - RALEIGH, N.C. - David Paulson, managing partner of the Helms Mulliss & Wicker Raleigh office, has been recognized by Business Leader magazine as a 2007 Mover & Shaker. The award honors 36 business professionals who have made a significant impact through community involvement by participating in volunteer activities while maintaining professional credibility and success. Under Paulson's leadership, the staff of Helms Mulliss & Wicker's Raleigh office has grown more than 100 percent in one year. In addition to Paulson's management role, he continues to be a legal practitioner. Daily, he serves clients by applying his extensive experience in: mergers and acquisitions, healthcare transactions, private equity, corporate finance, strategic alliances, joint ventures, complex business transactions, as well as corporate boards and executive management counseling.
