SQL Farms, Inc. a leading provider of database management tools for large IT environments announced investment partnership with DeParis Redinger LLC, a progressive technology-focused boutique investment bank led by former Microsoft M&A executives.
PR9.NET August 03, 2007 - RESTON, VA - SQL Farms, Inc., a leading provider of database management and administration tools for large IT environments, announced earlier today an investment partnership with DeParis Redinger, a progressive technology-focused boutique investment bank led by former Microsoft M&A executives. Under the terms of the partnership, two managing directors at DeParis Redinger, Mr. Kyle Redinger and Mr. Francesco DeParis will hold key positions on SQL Farms' management board to assist and lead the company through its ongoing growth. Additional details regarding the partnership were not provided by either side and remain undisclosed at this time.
"In the last several months DeParis Redinger and SQL Farms have been working very closely in a number of different areas to plan and facilitate the rapid growth of SQL Farms," said Dr. Omri Bahat, Chief Executive Officer of SQL Farms.
