Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a global leader in e-commerce outsourcing , today announced that High Impact Sites, a full-service Web solution company, has signed an online retail agreement. At its site located at download.net, High Impact Sites is marketing and re-selling leading brand name titles from Digital River's extensive downloadable software catalog. In addition to hosting download.net and providing access to its software library, Digital River is also handling payment processing, fraud prevention, e-marketing, reporting, customer service and digital fulfillment for the site.
