Haven't heard of Twitter? Twitter is a simple messaging service. It's a fun, practical, and useful tool, and well worth trying if you want to reach out to potential and existing customers. Twitter is similar to blogging as it lets you write messages that other people can read. But unlike blogging, SMS is one of the major delivery systems, and Twitter limits your messages to 140 characters. Readers receive Twitter updates (called "tweets") via email, on their phones via SMS, via IM, RSS or on the Web.
