REO asset managers and BPO service managers have access to information about the state of the area foreclosure and short sale market including a weekly update of the market and customized access to the Prescott Arizona Area MLS system.

Once fully developed, the site will include a portal to an automated listings management system that will allow asset managers to have automated updating as well as on demand stats via a login.

One feature that is fully operational is the contact via text message option for immediate response on urgent issues.

Another section of the site will be a portal for agents who need more information to be successful when putting offers in on our REO properties including bank and asset disposition company addenda, and more.
