Operating out of Tampa, FL, Vanguard is now able to connect potential clients using the search function of their webpage with thousands of listings from the Mid Florida Regional MLS (MIDFL) by adding IDX Broker into their site.
The seamless integration of IDX Broker with the real estate company's MLS onto their personal website is what makes this product so unique. Global, page, and category wrappers all offer the account administrator the ability to include MLS information, which self-updates daily, on their site making the overall look of the site homogenous and the property search straightforward for their clients. The Internet Data Exchange (IDX) also saves Mincberg and his associates' time as is pulls information directly from the MLS and there is no need to update listings.
Tools included in the customized search function for Vanguard include a drop down list where potential customers can decide what type of property they are looking for and based upon their needs will be shown a selection of style options to choose from. Clients can also select in which school district they want to search, scenery, and inclusions they desire in their home or rental. After completing a search, clients then have the option of displaying properties in the area on a map where they can judge for themselves relativity to other properties for sale in the MLS and proximity to roads and other landmarks to provide a truly customized search experience.
