The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the measure of professionalism and qualification in helping buyers acuqire residential property. The Real Estate Buyer Agent Council (REBAC). The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the measure of professionalism and qualification in helping buyers acuqire residential property. The ABR designation is awarded by The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of The National Association of Realtors (NAR), to REALTORS who meet the educational and practical experience criteria. Home buyers can be assured that ABR designees subscribe to the strict REALTOR Code of Ethics, have access to the latest technology, and are specialists in helping their buyer clients have full and aggressive representation when buying a home.
