The amazing people of A&E will teach attendees how to "Flip This House," straight from their cable television show. Come listen to JD Esajian who will be speaking on buying renovating, and selling properties for huge profits. JD has turned the "art of rehabbing" into a science that can be replicated by anyone. At this one day expo attendees will learn how to do their own due diligence and will learn about "Wall Street's Newest Asset Class." Mike Sarwari, CEO and President of NREI Club will speak on due diligence; investing and evaluating a business opportunity or real estate transaction. Peter Sollenne, Senior Financial Strategist and President of Blackhawk Wealth Strategies, Inc. will educate attendees on something new and very exciting.
