Former Systems Administrator of EquiPoint Financial Network and foremost MortgageTrack expert joins the MortgageTrack team to head up the training and business development.
PR9.NET November 12, 2007 - Laguna Niguel, CA - DND Intellibiz, creators of the MortgageTrack series of Loan Management Systems has announced that Lorraine Ryba, the former head Systems Administration of EquiPoint Financial Network will join their forces to head up training and business development for the MortgageTrack software.
As Systems Administrator for EquiPoint Financial Network, Lorraine oversaw and processed loans through the MortgageTrack system for many hundreds of loan officers, system administrators, processors, associate administrators, branch administrators, lenders and accountants. She is intimately familiar with all aspects of the mortgage industry. "Lorraine is the missing piece of our puzzle," says David Castagno, chief executive officer of the MortgageTrack team. Lorraine is undoubtedly the foremost expert on the use of the MortgageTrack software and brings to our team an insight to the mortgage industry that can only be obtained by working in the business twenty years. We are very excited to have her on board."
Lorraine says, "When the opportunity came to work with Mortgagetrack, I jumped at the chance, because I knew I would be working with a piece of software that will change the entire mortgage industry." Lorraine continues, "Despite all the technological advances within the mortgage industry (primarily for loan officers), most mortgage brokerages' or bankers' administrative work is still being performed manually by a large support staff using spreadsheets for loan tracking and for the loan officer's commission calculation. Email and the ever faithful telephone are still used for communication."
The addition of Lorraine to the MortgageTrack team comes at a time when the mortgage industry is experiencing the worst market conditions in 15 years. "An unprecedented number of companies are going out of business and layoffs are at a record high," exclaims Douglas Carlton Leonard, chief financial officer of MortgageTrack. "Since MortgageTrack greatly reduces a company's cost of processing loans and as a result increases a company's profits, we expect this to be a good year for MortgageTrack.
