Real Estate Investment Club Presenting Educational Seminars on Secrets of Credit, Nationwide Investment Opportunities
The National Real Estate Investment Club is having its monthly northern California chapter meetings next week. Pritam Sinha will be speaking about business lines of credit, and NREI Club will present investment opportunities in Boise, Idaho and Biloxi, Mississippi. PR9.NET July 27, 2007 - Pleasanton, California - The National Real Estate Investment Club will be having its northern California chapter meetings next week with Pritam Sinha speaking about business lines of credit and high-return lending. At the same seminars, the real estate investment club will introduce investment opportunities in Boise, Idaho and Biloxi, Mississippi. Pritam will teach attendees how to have great credit and gain access to thousands of dollars in business and personal credit. He will also reveal how to utilize business credit that will not appear on your personal credit report. Although he immigrated here with no credit and little money, Pritam was able to build a portfolio of over 77 homes throughout the nation in just over two years. He accomplished all this while working full-time, maintaining a high credit score, and acquiring business lines of credit. NREI Club will also offer positive cash flow homes in Boise, Idaho that are directly from the builder and 90 days from being completed. Forbes claims that Boise is one of the top places for business and careers and also ranks Boise as the second safest place from natural disasters in the country. Biloxi, Mississippi, on the other hand, is nicknamed the "Playground of the South" because of its attractions and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. After the damage done by Hurricane Katrina, the rental market demand far exceeds the supply. The real estate investment club will present new homes under construction and will give further details on why Mississippi is an ideal place to invest. The meetings will take place July 30, July 31, August 1, and August 2 at the Walnut Creek Marriott, Santa Clara Marriott, Four Points Pleasanton, and Marines Memorial Hotel SF, respectively. Pritam will be holding a 2-day boot camp the following weekend, August 4-5, and will go over various methods with which you can increase your lines of credit.
