Advance Realty Direct attends the 32nd Annual Heritage Fair in Dundalk from June 29th-July 1st

PR9.NET July 09, 2007 - Baltimore, MD - It was a fun-filled and successful three day event for Dundalk's Annual Heritage Fair and Advance Realty Direct was there to display their colors. The event's entertainment offered 3 stages, karaoke, rides and other family amusements in celebration of its 32nd anniversary. Amidst the vendors, games and food, fifteen agents from the Dundalk Office represented the company at the table, led by Phil Tirabassi. Tirabassi, owner of Advance Realty Direct beams, "A good time was had by all". Agents Ray and Stacy Patterson proudly displayed the festive red, white, and blue as they arranged the booth set up. Advance Koosies, trademark pens, and Raven's magnets were handed out to the fair's patrons as well as a drawing which was sponsored by Constellation Mortgage.

A randomly selected winner was chosen each day to receive a $50 gift card to Outback Steakhouse, photograph frame, candy, pad of paper and a mug for their participation. Within the three day period, Advance Realty Direct was able to collect a total of 264 leads and was the only real estate company to be represented at the fair this year.
