ICG Announce Launch of New Range of Anti-Static Products
ICG extends product range with anti-static products. PR9.NET August 03, 2005 - Itek Colour Graphics Ltd (ICG®), a leading high-end scanner manufacturer, has extended its range of products for the Photographic and Graphic Art industries with the launch of the company's new series of anti-static products. ICG's anti-static products dramatically reduce the time spent on removing hairs and dust from negatives, transparencies and images. The ICG® range includes simple effective anti-static cleaning solutions to ensure clean scanner drums and dust free flatbed scanning surfaces. Also included is a sophisticated air gun which ionises the surrounding air in order to dissipate charged particles. The range also includes anti-static gloves, cleaning solutions and anti-static brush film cleaners. "Our anti-static range brings to our portfolio a line of superior products which work well in tandem with our ICG® drum scanner range." said Ian Smith, ICG® Director, "They equip the user with huge advantages, drastically cutting the time it takes to remove dust from negatives and transparencies and also reducing the amount of digital retouching required." A greater number of people are beginning to appreciate the drawbacks which can occur as a result of using dust removal software products. These drawbacks include time penalties and the possibility of removing detail. ICG's anti-static range will leave film and scanning surfaces spotlessly clean prior to scanning, resulting in fewer drawbacks and increased time savings. ICG's anti-static products are available from the company's web site www.icg.ltd.uk or by contacting ICG® Sales on +44 (0)117 980 5978. # # #
