The Facilities Group (TfG). Increasingly clients are opting for centralised marketing production that could enable clients to reduce their costs by between 15% and 60% and reduce schedules by up to 50%. TfG provides a centralised production facility which allows clients to "decouple" media production from the creative function.

PR9.NET September 18, 2006 - London, UK;The Facilities Group (TfG).The Marketing Resource Management (MRM) system facilitates project management and streamlines the workflow. It provides complete transparency by allowing the client not only to view work at any stage of the process and to monitor its progress against the agreed schedule but also to approve/proof information quickly thereby speeding the workflow and decision making process. This is supported by a comprehensive management reporting convention.

"Clients need to have direct access to all of the creative and other materials that are produced for them during campaigns and projects without having to go through their agency or third party. The digital asset management facility allows the client to have all of their assets – images, video, audio, copy etc – stored in one central library which is accessible to personnel and operators as specified by the client. Being web based it is extremely easy to set up, access and use", comments Richard Peck, TfG's Marketing Director.

All production can be channelled through TfG's extensive resources (typesetting, proof reading, artworking, photography, creative retouching, reprographics and TV and radio production and post production). The benefits being that it provides process transparency, control and significant reductions in production schedules.

Rebecca Jacob, TfG's MRM Director says "We will train clients on how to configure the system and that in turn allows them to develop systems that can reduce the costs, help manage print and production processes, control the adaptation of marketing materials or provide a central portal for different types of advertising collateral."

TfG will manage and execute the production on any project or campaign – print, press, outdoor, TV or radio – from concept to completion and delivery. The client is able to review, monitor and approve production work in progress whilst exercising full control from any one of their offices globally.
