MR Awards, FINAL call for entries
In its broadest ever search for the dream client and marketing communications agency, Bonar Media has issued a call for polling and entries for the 4th MR Awards which will be decided by an international jury and presented at the 2nd Moscow Advertising Ball to be held in the Renaissance Hotel Moscow on Saturday 6th November 2004. PR9.NET September 23, 2004 - The Awards, founded by Marketing Russia Editor, John Bonar, in 1998 seek to honour industry professionalism among Russian clients and marketing agencies and this year will recognise campaigns which have a measurable success in raising brand awareness, sales, profits and increasing shareholder value of clients. The five-man jury is chaired by William F. Arens, the consultant and educator from San Diego, USA. Mr Arens is the author of the successful "Contemporary Advertising" published by McGraw Hill, with the 10th edition now under preparation. Other members of the jury are Viacheslav Chernyakhosvsky (Russia) member of the Russian Academy of Advertising and expert member of the Association of Marketing Communications Agencies of Russia's Council; Genya Moore (USA), Strategic Planning Director, McCann Erickson Russia and Eugene Radewych (Canada), Creative Director of Publicis United. The fifth member will be a representative of the General Sponsor. This will be Mr Arens’ third visit to Russia in two years where the latest edition of Contemporary Advertising is to be published in Russian early next year. "Over 60 campaigns have already been nominated by Bonar Media staff and we are now broadening the search," said Andrew Bonar, managing director of the Awards organiser, Bonar Media.
