AbsenceDirect is a cloud-based, ready-to-use absence leave management tool specifically developed to improve company leave record keeping and compliance. Employers and Third Party Administrators (TPA's), particularly in the USA market, can incorporate both state and federal leave types, including FMLA and ADA rules. It is powered by the Force.com platform and is now available to download from the AppExchange.
Small-to-mid size businesses, large corporations and even global franchises of various sizes (50-10,000+ employees) can quickly improve USA leave management compliance by using AbsenceDirect. As a subscription-based online product, every business can now lower leave management costs and non-compliance penalty risks and benefit from this best practice guided system.
