In today's edition of the Las Vegas Sun news journalist Abigail Goldman wrote an article about corporate identity theft and featured business credit expert Dr. Richard M. Krawczyk. With the advent of the Internet, the subject of corporate identity theft is becoming more prominent. "Assuming there are properly structured, these new owners of shelf corporations can immediately raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for working capital for their business through our preferred list of banks and credit card companies. The problem is that many of the shelf corporations sold on the Internet are bogus." If acquired and transferred properly, the use of a shelf corporation can be used as a wonderful way of acquiring much needed capital for business owners.
