Russell Bedford International appoints new member firm in Tokyo, Japan. PR9.NET October 11, 2005 - Azabu International, a Tokyo-based CPA firm specialising in supporting foreign companies doing business in Japan, has joined the worldwide Russell Bedford accounting and tax consulting group. Azabu International provides accounting, tax, audit and business advisory services – concentrating on serving foreign companies and individuals doing business and/or working in Japan.
