Investment Property Funding (IPF) announces the hiring of Jim Holt as the new Vice President of Finance PR9.NET July 21, 2005 - DENVER - Investment Property Funding (IPF) announces the hiring of Jim Holt as the new Vice President of Finance. Holt will be mainly responsible for securing financing for IPF's various projects as well as overseeing numerous projects in the finance department. Holt came to IPF from Matrix Bank Corp in Denver and brings 15 years of experience in institutional bond sales and training. He says he was impressed with the company from the very start. "I was very impressed with the Investment Property Funding team members I met, especially their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. I had a feeling that this was what it must have been like when Microsoft or Cisco or any of the dot-com survivors started, before they became giants," says Holt. Jim Holt graduated from Ferris State University in Michigan with a business administration degree and a minor in Real Estate and Insurance.
