Lawsuit Dismissed against Auction Floor

PR9.NET March 03, 2008 - Scottsdale, AZ - Auction Floor, Inc. (Other OTC: AFLR.PK) (Frankfurt: ZUI.F) a leading web-based technology provider to the auction industry, announced today the resolution of a dispute with former board member Dr. Reuben Setliff III. The Company will not seek further retribution or litigation against the former board member at this time.

The complaint (Case 3:07 –cv-00533) was filed November 7, 2008 in Nevada Federal District Court, and dismissal was filed on February 21, 2008.

The plaintiff was represented by Hale Lane Peek Denison and Howard, and the Company was represented by Parsons Behle & Latimer.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
